By creating an account on the nvibet platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Responsible Gaming Policy. This agreement is legally binding between you and nvibet. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our services.

Each person may create only one nvibet account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all accounts. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and your funds may be forfeited.
It is your responsibility to keep your account secure. Use a strong and unique password and keep it confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Nvibet follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to verify your identity. We may request these documents before your first withdrawal or at any time. Withdrawals will be suspended until verification is complete.
You may request to close your account at any time through customer support. nvibet has the right to suspend or close your account if you violate the Terms and Conditions or engage in fraud or suspicious activity. If your account is closed, legitimate funds in your balance will be returned, but bonuses and other promotional funds will be cancelled.
Nvibet accepts multiple payment methods - Mobile Banking, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cryptocurrency. Each payment method has minimum and maximum deposit limits which you can view in your account section. You can only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted and may result in deposit refunds and account suspension.
Most deposits are processed instantly. Some payment methods may take 1-24 hours. If money does not appear in your account after depositing, wait 24 hours. If still not resolved, contact customer support with your payment receipt. nvibet does not charge any deposit fees, but your payment provider may deduct fees.
As part of responsible gaming, you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. This helps you control your spending.
You can withdraw money from your account balance at any time. Submit withdrawal requests from the account section. nvibet aims to process withdrawals within 5-15 minutes, though first-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional verification which can take 24-48 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed unless your account is fully verified.
Withdrawals are generally processed to the same method you used to deposit. This is an international regulation for anti-money laundering. You can withdraw money via Mobile Banking, bank transfer, or crypto. Each method has minimum withdrawal limits. If you use multiple payment methods, you must withdraw proportionally to each method.
Nvibet processes the first three withdrawals per month completely free. After that, a small processing fee may apply to each withdrawal depending on your payment method. There are daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits that depend on your account status and verification level. Higher limits and faster processing are available for VIP players.
Before withdrawing bonus funds, you must meet specific wagering requirements. Each bonus has its own terms that are clearly stated on the promotions page. If wagering is not complete, the bonus and winnings from that bonus cannot be withdrawn. Regular deposit funds have no wagering requirements.
You can only place bets if you have sufficient balance in your account. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Each bet has minimum and maximum stakes that vary by game or event. You can view your bet history in the account section. All bets are recorded on our servers and serve as final proof in case of disputes.
Sports bets are settled as soon as possible after the event ends. Casino game bets are settled instantly. Settlement may be delayed if there is a technical issue or official result verification is needed. In case of incorrect settlement, nvibet reserves the right to correct and adjust the proper payment. Any disputes regarding bet settlement must be reported to us within 24 hours.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets placed on that event will generally be voided and stakes refunded. If incorrect odds are displayed due to technical error or if there is an obvious mistake, nvibet reserves the right to void those bets. If one selection in an accumulator bet is voided, the bet will continue with the remaining selections at reduced odds.
Nvibet regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions stated on the promotions page. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those terms. Violating bonus terms will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings from that bonus. Each bonus may be claimed only once per player, per household, per address, or per IP.
Bonus abuse, creating multiple accounts, or attempting any kind of fraud will result in closure of all your accounts and forfeiture of balances. Legal action may be taken.
Nvibet is fully committed to fair play. All our games are RNG (Random Number Generator) certified and regularly tested by independent auditors. No player or nvibet can manipulate game outcomes. Sports betting odds are set according to market standards and are equal for all players. If you notice anything unfair or suspicious, please notify us immediately.
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and fund forfeiture: creating multiple accounts, collusion or fraudulent cooperation with other players, using bots or automated software, using insider information, betting on match-fixing or corrupt events, money laundering or using illegal funds, sharing accounts or payment methods, exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
Nvibet monitors all betting activity and uses advanced systems to detect suspicious patterns. If we suspect any irregularities or rule violations, we have the right to suspend accounts, void bets, and conduct a full investigation. Withdrawals and betting will be suspended during the investigation. You may be asked to provide additional information and documents. Legal action will be taken if fraud is proven.
Nvibet strives to provide uninterrupted 24/7 service, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available. Temporary service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or causes beyond our control. We are not liable for such interruptions and do not provide compensation for service downtime. We will attempt to provide advance notice for significant maintenance.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. nvibet disclaims liability to the maximum extent for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use or inability to use our services. Our maximum liability is limited to your account balance or the disputed bet amount. We are not liable for errors by third-party payment providers or game providers.
You are fully responsible for your account activity and compliance with your local laws. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your country. You are responsible for any taxes or other financial obligations that may apply to your winnings. You are responsible for the financial and personal consequences of your betting activity. After account closure, you will no longer be able to use nvibet services. All bonuses and promotional offers will be cancelled. Your personal information will be retained according to our data retention policy for as long as legally required. Bets and transactions made before account closure will continue to be governed by these terms. If you wish to create a new account in the future, you will need to complete the full registration and verification process again.
If you have any complaints or disputes, first contact our customer support team. We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and attempt to provide a resolution within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer. When making a complaint, provide all relevant information and evidence - bet ID, transaction details, screenshots, etc. We take all complaints seriously and strive to provide fair solutions.
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter to higher management or our licensing authority. Independent dispute resolution services are also available. You must first complete our internal complaints process before going to external organizations. All communications and decisions are recorded and available to both parties.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of our licensing jurisdiction. Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through arbitration or mediation. If that is not possible, the courts of our licensing jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction.
